The Jamsil Jinju Reconstruction Apartment project stands as a landmark residential development in Seoul, showcasing innovation and scale in modern urban living.

This expansive reconstruction initiative, comprising over 2,000 apartment units, is being spearheaded by two of South Korea’s leading construction companies Samsung C&T and HDC Hyundai Development Company.

One of the standout architectural features of this large-scale project is the implementation of the Peikko Open Balcony system. A total of 367 open balconies were installed across the complex, offering residents not only additional outdoor living space but also improved ventilation and natural light access.

By integrating the Peikko system, the Jamsil Jinju complex demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to residential construction, blending durability, safety, and modern design to elevate the quality of urban housing. The project is a testament to the synergy between cutting-edge construction technology and thoughtful architectural planning.
