An outstanding development in Vilnius

The Business Stadium Central project, an outstanding development in Vilnius, has was been successfully completed in 2025 . This is the first project in Lithuania designed by the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects. The complex consists of two buildings of 8 and 9 storeys, connected by a bridge at the fifth-floor level

The business center features contemporary office spaces, commercial premises, and public areas that integrate seamlessly into the urban infrastructure. A significant part of the project is a 5,300 m² plaza with an amphitheater, fountains, green areas, and recreational spaces. The development stands out for its modern architecture and high-quality, durable engineering solutions, reinforcing Vilnius’ image as an innovative city.

Peikko Lietuva designers contributed to the Business Stadium Central project by designing more than 40 different types of EBEA® Balcony Connections. These balcony connections were engineered to support cantilever balconies with spans ranging from 3.3 to 4.1 meters. In total, an impressive quantity of EBEA® Balcony Connections was delivered for the project, with a combined length reaching 770 meters. Additionally, PSB® Reinforcement Systems were supplied for the project. For the bridge structure connecting the two buildings, BESISTA® Tension Rod Systems M48 and M68 were utilized.

The Peikko design team worked in close cooperation with the engineers from Ribinis būvis, who were responsible for the structural design of the project. The strong collaboration between the teams, continuous coordination of technical solutions, and active communication enabled the precise realization of the complex architectural vision and ensured smooth execution during construction.
